Ingredients:
200g steamed corn
200g soy milk
100g onion
a clove of garlic
50g mushroom
1 tsp salt
10g parsley
black pepper
300g gnocchi(see recipe here. https://youtu.be/FVh1nt9IhEk )
Instructions:
1. Blend corns and soy milk with a blender.
2. Fry garlic, onion and mushroom on a frying pan.
3. Boil gnocchi.
4. Add gnocchi, corn cream and chopped parsley to a frying pan.

とうもろこし 200g
豆乳 200g
にんにく 一片
たまねぎ 100g
マッシュルーム 50g
イタリアンパセリ 10g
塩 小さじ1
黒胡椒 少々

「作り方」
1、トウモロコシと豆乳をブレンダーなどで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
2、にんにく、玉ねぎ、マッシュルームを炒めます。
3、ニョッキを茹でます。
4、ニョッキ、トウモロコシのソース、パセリを加えたら出来上り。
